All pupils from Trent College can use our home to school service. Only Year 3+ students at the Elms may travel. Parents cannot accompany students.
Additional stops may be considered if feasible. Email smc.bookings@skills.co.uk to request a new stop and the team will investigate whether the route can accommodate it.
The Search My Coach application allows tracking on iOS and Android, showing vehicle location, expected stop times, and arrival/departure details. Tracking is accessible via the SMC Pass Portal.
The Search My Coach app sends push notifications about delays and road closures. You can see the vehicle location via the app, or call 0115 9770 080 for updates.
Arrive 5 minutes early at your designated stop. Don't expect drivers to recognise individuals. Use the app to monitor vehicle progress and make yourself visible or signal to ensure the driver stops.
Yes, ad hoc bookings are accepted. Book single/return fares via the SMC Pass Portal and add them to your app or print them as scannable barcodes.
The tracking feature monitors vehicles only, not phones or devices. It is only available to students or parents who have booked onto that route and been approved by Trent College.
