Payroll Manager

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Payroll Manager role located in Nottingham. The Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering timely and accurate payroll processing to monthly deadlines.

Key Responsibilities include -

  • Manage and process payroll using Sage Payroll
  • Create and prepare employee hours for accurate entry into Sage Payroll
  • Ensure all payroll payments are accurate and made on time
  • Maintain and analyse payroll data using Excel
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and internal procedures
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet strict deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience with Sage Payroll (essential)
  • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members
  • Relevant certifications or training in payroll or finance are a plus
  • Previous experience in payroll functions or similar role is highly desirable and ideally within the transport industry

General Administrator

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nottingham for a General Administrator, supporting day-to-day administrative operations within a busy transport environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who is comfortable handling cash-related tasks and providing administrative support across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities include -

  • Managing and logging lost property enquiries and records
  • Counting and reconciling cash taken on bus services
  • Providing administrative support related to continental coach tours
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • General office administration and support duties

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and administrative skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative tools
  • Experience with customer service and handling inquiries
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or office role is beneficial

Trainee PCV Driver with Skills Driving Academy

About the Role

  • You will Gain a professional PCV Drivers Licence to category D standard enabling you to become a professional Bus and Coach driver and travel throughout Europe.
  • This is an onsite instruction.
  • The cost of the training is £3000 (payable over 24 months) with a deduction refund of £3000 paid on month 25 of employment.
  • Once qualified, you will work five or six days out of seven.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

We are looking for enthusiastic drivers who enjoy dealing with people and have a positive attitude. You must:

  • Hold a full driving licence
  • Prior experience not necessary

Salary and benefits

  • Starting Wage of £12.21 per hour while training. Once qualified, the starting rate is from £13.35 per hour.
