Wrap up warm as we visit the captivating city of Durham, home to cobbled streets crowned by the dramatic Durham Cathedral and a beautiful Castle. After some free time here, we continue to our hotel.
After breakfast, we depart our hotel for a journey on The Polar Express. Beginning as soon as we arrive at Leeming Bar Station, where, just like in the 2004 film, an authentic steam train will pick you up and take you to the North Pole! On board, you will experience a fun and theatrical adventure and meet all the characters from the motion picture, including the conductor, the singing chefs and Father Christmas.
The Holiday Inn Washington provides a friendly and comfortable night's stay in a contemporary, feature-rich room.
