We travel through Europe and will stay at an overnight hotel tonight.

After breakfast, we continue to Austria for our six-night stay in Oberndorf.

We travel to Jenbach and begin our day with a nostalgic journey on the Ziller Valley Steam Train, one of Austria's most famous railways. This scenic journey takes us past scenes of outstanding natural beauty scenes as we climb the Ziller Valley. Onboard, enjoy schnapps and traditional folk music before arriving in Mayrhofen, a renowned ski resort. Here, you'll have time to explore before a trip to the medieval town of Rattenberg. Known for a long history of glassblowing, here you'll visit the glass showrooms and see the artisans working for yourself.

Starting at the world-famous Swarovski Crystal World, experience an awe-inspiring collection of fantastical crystals and contemporary art including the Crystal Cloud, which contains over eight-hundred-thousand hand set crystals. Afterwards, we continue to Innsbruck, the capital of the Tyrol, for a guided tour around the historic old town; here, you'll see the famous Golden Roof and the Imperial Palace. Later, back at the hotel, we indulge in an evening of traditional Tyrolean folklore, music and dance, which promises a great evening of entertainment and fun!

Live like a local and join in with the festivities of the Almabtrieb! The whole community gives thanks for the safe return of their animals from the high mountain pastures celebrating with brass bands, traditional lederhosen, and local delicacies-this is not to be missed! We return back to our hotel in the mid-afternoon.

This morning, we travel to the Müllnerhof farmhouse, originally built in 1706; here, you'll learn about the farm's history, its operation, and Tyrolean traditions, exploring the schnapps distillery, bread oven, and smokehouse with plenty of oppourtunity to tasting homemade bacon, cheese, and schnapps. We continue via a mid-afternoon visit to Kitzbühel, the city of the rich and famous. Known for its stylish ski scene and legendary Hahnenkamm races, this city is characterized by stylish, colourful facades and cobblestone streets where you can follow in the footsteps of legendary residents.

Our final full day begins with a visit to romantic Tratzberg Castle. Picturesquely situated at the mouth of the Ziller Valley, enjoy a guided tour and learn the history of this beautiful Renaissance castle, lovingly restored to its sixteenth-century best. From here, we continue to the breathtaking Lake Achensee, known for its stunning emerald-green waters. Feel the fresh breeze and soak in the view with our included lake cruise. This incredible experience lets you truly relax and unwind before we return to our hotel for a Tyrolean speciality dinner this evening!

Following our captivating stay, we return to our overnight hotel.

We retrace our footsteps home.
