Embark on a captivating journey to explore two of the North West's most stunning gardens: the serene landscapes of Tatton Park and the vibrant blooms of Ness Botanic Gardens.

After departing, we head towards the Wirral to visit Ness Botanic Gardens in all its summer splendour. With stunning views of the River Dee and into North Wales, these gardens are home to sixty-four acres of plants, meadows and displays. The wildowers will be in full swing, herbaceous borders filled with geraniums, astrantia and echinops, whilst the south-facing terraces will be teaming with southern-hemisphere plants. With development starting in 1898 by Arthur Kilpin Bulley, the gardens are now under the stewardship of the University of Liverpool. This evening, we travel to our hotel for the evening.
After breakfast, we visit Tatton Park, the region’s grandest Georgian mansion and now under the stewardship of the National Trust. Enjoy plenty of time exploring award-winning gardens before we return home in the late afternoon.
Set in the beautiful North Welsh countryside, Beaufort Park Hotel is an independently run hotel situated close to the historic market town of Mold. It offers comfortable bedrooms, a restaurant and a relaxed bar.
