Enjoy exploring the beautiful Cotswolds village of Broadway before we step aboard the Gloucestershire & Warwickshire Railway. This heritage railway travels through the spectacular scenery of the Cotswolds, taking in outstanding views across the Malvern Hills. Upon arrival at our final station, the coach will be waiting to take you to our hotel for the next two nights.
This morning, we travel to Gloucester Quays. At this popular attraction, you can enjoy a range of modern shopping facilities in a remarkable Victorian port. We join a fascinating trip along the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal, as we board the historic Queen Boadicea II, one of the little ships that rescued stranded soldiers at Dunkirk during the Second World War. Once our journey ends, you'll enjoy your afternoon in Cheltenham with time to explore.
This morning, we begin our homeward journey via a visit to historical Oxford, the city of dreaming spires.
