One of Germany's major port cities, Bremerhaven is a dream for fans of maritime history. See a preserved medieval merchant ship at the German Maritime Museum or step aboard a decommissioned U-boat. Beyond the port, enjoy fantastic cafes and restaurants in the historic city centre or head to the nearby city of Bremen via a train journey.
With another relaxing day at sea, you'll be able to do as much or as little as you like onboard Ambassador Ambience.
Welcome to vibrant Amsterdam today. Discover the city's canal-woven core laced with atmospheric narrow lanes overflowing with top museums, attractions, quirky shops and eateries. Why not hop onto a small canal boat and see this mesmerising city from its hundreds of waterways? Don't forget to experience some of the must-see attractions along the way, including the house of Anne Frank and the multi-levelled Vincent van Gogh Museum - where you progress floor by floor from the artist's initial sketches to view his magnificent complete works. Back on our ship, prepare for a late afternoon sailing and one final fun-filled evening.
Our next stop is in Rotterdam, the Netherlands' modern metropolis, which boasts a skyline melding maritime heritage with contemporary innovation. Explore the historic Delfshaven district, ascend the iconic Euromast tower for panoramic views, and experience the delights of Markthal, a bustling food market showcasing local delicacies.
We arrive in Zeebrugge this morning. Nestled along Belgium’s coast, you’ll find maritime history and serene beauty. Explore the historic port, visit the Maritime Museum, and savour Belgian cuisine at seaside cafes. With picturesque views of the North Sea, it’s a charming retreat for those seeking a refreshing coastal experience. For those wishing to explore city sights, optional transport and excursions are available to visit Bruges, the captivating capital of the Flanders region. Often referred to as the ‘Venice of the North’ due to its picturesque tree-lined canal network, this medieval city is a compact treasure trove of architectural, cultural and culinary delights, perfect for exploration on foot. Bruges is also heaven for chocolate or beer aficionados, with plenty to taste, sample and even take home! Why not explore the charming sights by water on a sightseeing cruise or a romantic carriage ride along winding cobblestone streets and ancient bridges? Recommended highlights include the enchanting Lake of Love, the iconic Belfry Tower, and the Basilica of the Holy Blood.
After breakfast onboard, we disembark back in London Tilbury, where our coach will be waiting to take you home.

Dining options are plentiful at our Buckingham restaurant or the Borough Market, with plentiful cuisine options, and for those wanting to soak in nature’s glory, we have our glorious Alfresco Grill. Wining and dining are more than fine at Saffron*, Sea & Grass* or our deluxe Chef’s Table*, where we offer a speciality gastronomic experience that’s not to be missed.
Put your best cards forward at Aces & Eights bridge and card room and the Ambassador Casino or revive and renew at the gym and Wellness Centre. Other facilities include Kapoor’s, our onboard crafting studio, Brontë’s library, the shopping galleria, not to mention a swimming pool, two hot tubs and a large screen for outdoor movies.
