After pick-ups, we travel down to the port of London Tilbury to embark on our cruise ship. Once onboard, you can relax, unwind and enjoy the fabulous facilities and entertainment opportunities.

Enjoy today at sea - the perfect opportunity to explore the ship, relax, unwind, and spend quality time with those around you. Whether you pamper yourself in the Green Sea Spa, experience all the outstanding cuisine onboard, enjoy the fantastic entertainment in the Palladium and other venues or play games with friends or family, there's something for everyone.

This morning our first port of call is in the French port of Brest on the briny coast of Brittany, offering a seafaring spirit and countless maritime attractions. Stroll along quaysides, discover historic fortifications, and enjoy some unique Breton cuisine. Our ship departs Brest early evening as we continue our cruise.

With another relaxing day at sea, you'll be able to do as much or as little as you like onboard Ambassador Ambition.

This morning sees our arrival in our first Spanish port in ancient Ferrol. Guarded by castles at its harbour entrance, Ferrol is one of Spain's oldest and most famous port cities. Stroll through historic plazas, visit naval monuments, and discover the city's maritime charm. An optional excursion will be available today, where you can visit the famous pilgrimage destination of Santiago de Compostela, the alleged burial site of the Biblical apostle St. James, whose remains reputedly lie within this legendary cathedral.

Enjoy two days relishing life on the ocean wave as we travel towards the Canary Islands tomorrow.

Geologically dramatic and bursting with exotic colours, Madeira is known for its namesake wine, year-round warm climate and is often referred to as the 'Hawaii of the Atlantic'. The island capital of Funchal dazzles visitors with panoramic viewpoints and a subtropical allure. While you're here, embrace the city's cultural richness and explore Portuguese flair, narrow streets, sleepy squares and pristine natural beauty with sweeping views of the mighty Atlantic Ocean always available.

Santa Cruz de la Palma, known as La Isla Bonita (the beautiful island), was built atop an old lava flow from a volcano just south of the city. During our visit to the capital city of the island of La Palma, one of the lesser-known islands, we invite you to take in its leisurely pace of life, eclectic colonial-era buildings and serene natural beauty overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, which locals claim is sun-blessed every day of the year.

We arrive around breakfast in the charming port of San Sebastián de la Gomera, a true Canary Island gem. Beyond its sun-drenched shores, the island invites you to explore lush forests and the spectacular Garajonay National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover the rich legacy of Christopher Columbus in this historic harbour, then unwind on peaceful beaches and savour the island's timeless charm. We depart early evening.

Today, we call at Santa Cruz de Tenerife, capital of the Canary Islands' Parliament. This vibrant city blends striking modern architecture-such as the iconic Auditorio de Tenerife-with elegant historic spaces like Plaza de España. Renowned for its beautiful beaches and lively year-round festivals, Santa Cruz offers a dynamic mix of culture, relaxation, and celebration.

We wake up in Las Palmas, where a subtropical climate and warm Spanish hospitality create the perfect welcome. Wander the historic streets of Vegueta, soak up the sun on golden sands like Playa de Las Canteras, and immerse yourself in the island's lively culture before returning to the ship for an early evening departure.

Today brings us to Puerto del Rosario, where authentic Canarian culture awaits. Browse the shops at Centro Comercial Las Rotondas or discover contemporary art at the Casa Mane Art Center. For the more adventurous, the island's coastline is ideal for windsurfing and other water sports. Our cruise continues early evening.

Today's destination is Arrecife, where Lanzarote's dramatic volcanic landscapes meet tranquil seaside charm. Stroll through winding streets lined with whitewashed buildings, admire the shimmering azure waters, and enjoy a relaxed day discovering this uniquely beautiful island.

A full day at sea to enjoy entirely at your leisure.

This morning we arrive in the Algarve, where Portimão offers a perfect blend of history and coastal beauty. Explore the picturesque Marina de Portimão, relax on golden beaches like Praia da Rocha, and take in the stunning scenery of Portugal's southern coast. Early evening departure.

Today, we arrive in Lisbon, Portugal's captivating capital, in time for breakfast. Discover the charm of its historic Alfama district with its maze of narrow streets, enjoy lunch with panoramic views from Santa Catarina, and immerse yourself in the city's rich culture and vibrant atmosphere before an early evening departure.

Our final Portuguese port of call is Leixoes, one of Portugal's major seaports and is widely associated with the exporting of port wine. Day trips to Porto are a popular activity, but there are also quayside beaches and cafes to enjoy on either side of the Douro River. There will also be the opportunity to pre-book an OPTIONAL excursion to Porto, beautifully situated on the Douro River estuary in northern Portugal, it is one of the oldest European centres, and its core was named a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996. It began its life as a quiet fishing village, but today it is Portugal's second-largest city full of culture and amazing food, considered by many to be the most romantic. As well as being renowned for its rich history, vibrant culture, and stunning architecture, Porto is also known for producing the world-famous Port wine, which takes its name from the region.

Enjoy your final few days onboard Ambition as we return to the United Kingdom. After breakfast onboard on our final day, we disembark back in London Tilbury, where our coach will be waiting to take you home.
