Join us for an antique adventure as we're joined by TV celebrity antiques expert David Harper or Kate Blis on this weekend break.

We set off this morning, starting with a short stop in Ashbourne. You'll find winding cobbled streets, a welcoming Market Place and handsome heritage architecture. From here, we continue on our 'Bargain Hunt' as we head to the famous Dagfields, the largest Crafts and Antiques Centre in the North West, home to over three hundred antique dealers. We then travel the short distance to our hotel, a four-hundred-year-old Jacobean mansion, and, after dinner this evening, we enjoy an entertaining talk from your host, celebrity antiques expert David Harper or Kate Blis. Learn more about the world of antiques and bring your antiques along (small items only) to find out how much your antiques are worth if you wanted to 'Flog It'!
After breakfast, we enjoy a scenic drive through the Peak District National Park with a visit to Bakewell along the way. Home to a range of eclectic shops, quintessential cafes and of course, the Rutland Arms Antiques Centre, where you may want to put some of those expert tips to good use. Afterwards, we begin our homeward journey.
Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa in Cheshire offers four-star accommodation, a fully equipped spa and restaurants within a Grade I-listed 17th-century manor house.
